Designed as a high performance unmanned airframe, Swan 01, 6M UAV is one of the most capable airframes available today. With a small footprint of 6 meter wingspan, Swan 01, 6M UAV can handle up to 85Kg of combined fuel and payload weight. Modular composite structure, fast assembly, large access hatches, removable payload bay, are the key features of the Swan 01, 6M UAV design. Available as an airframe ready for the autopilot and payload integration

Airframe.

The Airframe is adopts the carbon fiber composite materials and aerospace honeycomb structure of the main material, to ensure that the aircraft light weight, high strength, safety and long service life. Aircraft used vacuum, high temperature hot pressing process the whole mold manufacturing process from processing.

Modular design:

All component of (Swan 01) are easily removable and completely interchangeable, the wing is split to two parts ( Left and Right Wing.) The tail is split to three parts. For easy assembly, dismantling, packing and transport of the airplane.

Assembly and connecting parts are made with high end industrial grade push and pull system. Installed in the fuselage and the poop tail. All made of a high grad of carbon tube and a high grade of aluminium material.

The quick Release fastening is used extensively in ( Swan 01)airframe.
